YOU BELONG HERE. EVERY BODY. EVERY GOAL.
University-qualified Exercise Physiologists. 34°C therapeutic pool. No rejection.
YOU'VE FACED REJECTION BEFORE
Most fitness centres reject NDIS participants. Cold pools stay at 28°C. Staff lack clinical qualifications. Cookie-cutter disability programmes treat you as a diagnosis, not an individual.
You deserve specialised support.
WHAT MAKES FUNLIFE DIFFERENT?
1. Clinical Expertise You Can Trust
University-Qualified Exercise Physiologists
Not personal trainers. Your Exercise Physiologist holds allied health credentials and designs your programme based on clinical assessment of your specific condition.
We support autism, brain injury, stroke recovery, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. Your programme addresses your goals, not a generic disability template.
10+ Years NDIS Registration
Registered NDIS provider since 2014. We understand your funding. We handle the administration. You focus on progress.
2. Purpose-Built Therapeutic Infrastructure
34°C Heated Indoor Pool
Our pool maintains 34°C year-round. Standard fitness centres keep pools at 28°C. The six-degree difference matters for chronic pain management and therapeutic movement.
Warm water eases joint pain. Buoyancy supports limited mobility. Therapeutic temperature enables longer sessions without discomfort.
Facilities Laid Out for Easy Access
We offer access for wheelchair users with accessible change rooms. Wheelchair users and people with limited grip strength will be able to access our equipment.
Funlife Fitness Centre has been laid out for easy access.
3. Flexible Programme Options
Choose the format that matches your needs and NDIS funding:
Individual Exercise Physiology
One-on-one supervision with your Exercise Physiologist. Intensive therapeutic focus. Maximum attention to your specific condition.
- Land-based gym sessions
- 34°C hydrotherapy sessions
- Combined programmes
Assisted Therapy
Hands-on physical support for participants requiring direct assistance with exercises and transfers.
- Gym sessions with physical assistance
- Hydrotherapy with in-water support
- Safety-focused approach for complex needs
Supervised Group Sessions
Cost-effective option where each participant works their own individualised programme in a group setting. Exercise Physiologist supervises and adjusts as needed.
- Small group land-based training
- Group hydrotherapy sessions
- Everyone follows their own plan

What Happens Without Proper Support
Continued Rejection
More time wasted being turned away from mainstream gyms. More experiences of feeling unwelcomed or treated as an inconvenience.
Declining Mobility
Another year passes without proper therapeutic intervention. Independence decreases. Daily activities become harder.
Cookie-Cutter Frustration
Settling for generic disability programmes that ignore your individual needs. Programmes designed by unqualified staff without clinical assessment.
Cold Pool Disappointment
Suffering through standard 28°C pools that increase pain rather than ease it. Unable to complete full therapeutic sessions due to temperature discomfort.
Unqualified Supervision
Risk of programmes designed by general trainers without Exercise Physiology credentials. No clinical accountability. No outcome measurement.

34°C therapeutic temperature provides:
- Reduced joint pain and muscle tension

- Greater range of motion during exercise
- Longer comfortable session duration
- Better outcomes for chronic pain conditions
Standard fitness centre pools maintain 28°C, which does not provide these therapeutic benefits and can increase pain for many participants.
Yes. Support workers can attend to provide assistance with changing, transfers, or other support needs. If your support worker assists during exercise sessions, this is captured in our Assisted Therapy service.

Furthermore, if you need a companion animal with you, they are welcome, too.
You will not be rejected here. We specialise in NDIS participants with complex needs. Our staff qualifications, and programme design exist specifically to serve participants other facilities exclude.
