Can i use sauna, steam room and spa and hydrotherapy exercises in group and how much for pensioner.

    • Admin Admin says:

      Hi Margaret,
Clients with our Full club membership have access to the gym, all classes, and the wet area. Which means that if you have this membership you also have access to the hydrotherapy classes. However, you will need to have a consult with one of our Exercise Physiologists before attending a Hydrotherapy group class. This can be bulk-billed through Medicare if you are eligible for a care plan OR you could pay for the consult privately 🙂

How much is hydro therapy each session?

    • Funlife Team says:

Hi Teresa – our hydrotherapy sessions are with our exercise physiologists and are $10 per session. You do need to have an initial assessment first ($70 privately) to get a program, but this can be bulk-billed by medicare with an EPC care plan from your doctor (if you’re eligible for one).

    Hi there,

I am wondering how much your hydrotherapy sessions are and do you have a set timetable or can you come at anytime. What hours is the hydrotherapy pool area open to as I w ou rm full time Mon-Fri? I have a degenerative lumbar spine injury / condition and my physio has suggested I start just walking in warm water. Thank you.

    • Funlife Team says:

      Hi Neve,
We’ve got lots of types of hydrotherapy: aquacise classes, one-on-one with exercise physiologists, or group exercise physiology classes. The pool is also open when we are open (6am-9pm on weekdays) for you to use for your own exercises. Depending on exactly what you’d like to do in the pool, the prices are varied. Please give us a call on 8264 3918 to speak to our friendly staff and we can let you know all of your options!
