Eat Plants and Live:

One of our Personal Trainers, Ben, is spreading the hard word! We’re giving our member’s the information necessary to get you started with your 8 week lifestyle change. Within the 8 week transition program, we believe with the evidence presented to you, you will realise that you have more control over your health then you think.

The primary aim is to spread awareness about food and the types we should be ingesting for good health, focusing on the issues of many chronic illnesses ( e.g. –  diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, obesity.)

When the program is paired with exercise, there are no doubts that you will see results fast!
