Funlife Fitness For Kids

Don’t let your childs development stop at school! Our Kid’s Fitness classes promote improvement on fitness, strength, basic motor skills, quick thinking skills and interaction and communication skills – this is just to name a few.
These sessions incorporate sporting activities and games in a fun and safe environment while giving the children a chance to meet new kids and make new friendships beyond the school playground. Watch as your child’s confidence and health grows while teaching them good health habits from a young age. Sounds of laughter and joy travel from our group fitness room the whole duration of these classes that’s why we’re confident in guaranteeing your child/ren will absolutely love this class!

Wednesday 3:45pm (5-9 year olds – 30 mins)
Wednesday 4:15pm (9-14 year olds – 45 mins)
