Traditional boxing is back at Funlife!
There’s no denying it, boxing training not only works all parts of the body but also all aspects of fitness such as; Cardiovascular fitness, Muscular endurance, Muscular strength, Stamina, Co-ordination, and power.
Perfect for those looking to lose weight, a football player wanting to increase stamina or a fitness new-comer hoping to build power and strength. Our Boxing class not only provides a great fitness routine for the participants but also offers a controlled and safe environment to learn the basics of boxing regardless of their gender, fitness or boxing ability.
Classes will focus on footwork, technique, breathing, self defence and metabolic conditioning. Participants can also expect to burn upwards of 700 calories per class!
