What we do

We are not your typical trainers.

We run outside, we don’t watch TV while we work out (it’s a distraction).

Clothing is worn for function and comfort, nobody cares what you are wearing or how cute you look.

Do not be intimidated: everyone is welcome, anyone willing, any fitness level, from any background.

We provide Strength and Conditioning at the highest level.  We begin your training with setting up your goals and starting with 9 fundamental movements (squat, front squat, over head squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and clean.)  Afterwards, we determine the type of workout most suitable for you based upon your fitness level and abilities.  You should expect that gradual progress in achieving your goals is the normative.  Our bodies adjust to physical stress slowly.  It’s important, therefore, that you remain patient during the entire process and expect results over an extended period.  The keywords in physical training are patience, consistency and more patience.

Workouts last for approximately one hour from 6am to 7am Monday to Friday and involve

  • Generalised Warm Up
  • Skill Development
  • Specific Warm Up
  • Work Out
  • Cool Down and Stretching
