AquaCISE IS HERE!

 

Aquacise is suitable for all ages!

Our Aquacise classes involve a variety of both, aerobic and toning exercises, performed in our hydrotherapy pool.

 

Aquacise classes are held:

 Monday – 9.15am, 9.45am and 10.15am – with Maria C 

 Tuesday – 5:30pm and 6pm – with Maria B

 Wednesday – 9.15am, 9.45am and 10.15am – with Trudy

 Thursday – 6pm and 6:30pm – with Maria B

 Friday – 9.15am, 9.45am and 10.15am – with Libby

         Saturday – 8am – with Maria B
