YOGA

Yoga is an ancient art of gentle stretch and balance exercise to harmonise and center the development of the mind, body and spirit. Getting in touch with the body through the nervous and muscular system Yoga offers fantastic benefits for mental, functional and internal health. Also great for balance, falls prevention and mobility.
ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  
ZUMBA GOLD

ZUMBA GOLD® is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.  
STRONG
– 60 mins
STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.  
NOT JUST PILATES
– 1 hour
Pilates like you’ve never experienced before! An uplifting energetic class combined with the foundations of Pilates guaranteed to get you in shape like you’ve never been before.  
POWERBAR
– 1 hour
Put your power to the bar! THE original strength and conditioning class designed to shape, tone and strengthen. Challenge your mind, all major muscle groups and goals to GREAT music in Powerbar!
BOOTCAMP
– 1 hour
No day is the same! Bootcamp with Funlife will push your limits, challenge your boundaries and will have you working harder than you have before! From team events to interval training to high intensity circuits, strength, cardio just to name a few our instructors hold no mercy in what they throw at you! Come join the party and watch your fitness soar like never before! As this is a progression on ones own performance
HIIT/HIIT ATTACK

A high intensity interval class like you’ve never experienced before! Designed to sculpt, tone and shed the body HIIT Attack challenges your cardio, strength and mind in a wicked 1 hour heart pumping class.  
SPIN & STRENGTH
–1 hour
A combination of a cardio workout on the spin bike with intense intervals off the bike of strength work using weight plates and dumbells.  This class will increase your fitness and strength.  Giving you a lean and toned body.
SPIN & CORE
– 45 mins
A class built on the foundation of core exercises combined with Spin, expanding on whole body movements and poses to challenge the core creating a more stable and balanced body.
STEP
– 60 mins
Ditch the steps at work and get your steps in at Funlife! A complete full body cardio workout to awesome music with awesome instructors  
FAT BURNER
– 45 mins – 1 Hour
A great class for all fitness levels. Set your own intensity with high or low impact moves combined with a muscle conditioning component and a variety of stretching, weights and abs.
FUNLIFE FITNESS FOR KIDS –
30 mins (5-9yrs) & 45 mins (9-14yrs)
This is a children’s only class based on improving fitness, strength & basic motor skills.  These sessions incorporate sporting activities and games in a fun and safe environment.
PILATES
– 45 mins
This class progresses through a range of exercises which teach awareness of the breath and alignment of the spine. The class is also designed to strengthen the deep torso and postural muscles which assist with keeping the body balanced and the spine supported preventing injury.
SPIN
– 50 mins

A supervised and individually tailored program specifically for over 50’s to regain and maintain muscular strength. Conducted in accessible, safe and friendly group environment.
 HI – LOW

 An aerobic class full of fun and excitement. This class is sure to give you a full body cardio workout which will leave you feeling positive, energised and fabulous while looking fit, tone and trim. Start working on your fitness with Hi – Low today.  
TRADITIONAL BOXING
– 60 mins
Achieve a fit toned body in the ring! Funlife’s Traditional Boxing takes you right back to the root of Boxing, teaching technique, self defense technique and works on your strength and conditioning like you wouldn’t believe. Boxing is proven to shape and tone FAST so what are you waiting for! AND… it has low impact options so no matter what the fitness level it’s suited to EVERYONE!  
 PILOXING

Piloxing. This class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging.
