FUNLIFE FITNESS WEIGHT LOSS PLAN includes

  • Gym Membership including all group fitness classes
  • Induction Consultation: a one hour consultation with one of our qualified Personal Trainers to discuss your goals and fitness program. This will also include body measurements, goal setting and fitness assessments.
  •  Personal Training: You will receive one half hour Personal Training Sessions with your Trainer.  Personal Training will ensure you get results and that you get the most of your workout.  Personal training sessions will ensure you have the right techniques and  will keep you motivated.   As your fitness and strength improve your personal trainer will ensure you continue to  progress and achieve maximum results.
  • Fitness Program: Your Personal Trainer will write you a fully personalised training program tailored to your goals and abilities for you to follow.
  • Fitness Tracking Appointments with your personal trainer will provide you with your followup fitness assessment and body measurements.
