Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at Funlife:
Cancer has at some point affected someone we know or even ourselves. It’s a horrible disease we’d love to see be beaten for good. So this year Funlife is hosting a Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council. It will be a great day of fun, stories, silly games, food, and of course tea (or coffee). We have a set goal of $500, so come along and help us help this great cause. We are hoping to make it a big one so bring along your friends and family – more the merrier. Within the 8 week transition program, we believe with the evidence presented to you, you will realise that you have more control over your health then you think.

Polar heart rate monitor watches gives you real-time feedback on your heart rate for as long as you are wearing the watch and chest strap. As you are training, your heart rate is shown on the watch’s display either as
- beats per minute (BPM);
- the number of calories burned;
- a composite of your heart rate in BPM, the current intensity zone you’re in, and the amount of time you’re in that zone; or
- a percentage of the weekly target for your current intensity zone.
The polar watch also displays a visual or audio alarm of your heart rate when you fall outside your target intensity zone; this is great tool to keep your heart rate within you target fatburning zone.
