		<description>This is a really interesting post, Kelly, because having gone full protein myself, particularly with eggs for breakfast, my body reached a point a couple months ago where if I saw another egg I would go crazy.
As a result, I have now crept a little carb (light rye) into my brekky with a tiny serve of protein-enriched milk to wash down my fish oil tablets and vitamin C, and my body is still functioning well and I have even shifted a little weight.
Thanks for this post, which seems to be underlining the wisdom of eating a variety of foods in moderation.</description>
