Stretching Class
This class is designed to help you increase your flexibility, achieve greater joint mobility and assist in reducing muscle soreness. Starting with a warm-up and then through a series of exercises to stretch all the major muscles in your body. This class is a great way to start your day.
We currently do not have a Stretch class on the timetable. If you have a timeslot that you would like a Stretch class to be on, we would love to hear from you.
