Stretching Class
This class is designed to help you increase your flexibility, achieve greater joint mobility and assist in reducing muscle soreness. Starting with a warm-up and then through a series of exercises to stretch all the major muscles in your body. This class is a great way to start your day.
We have our stretch class on Thursday am at 9am and Monday at 10.30am. Duration 30 mins.
