Step/Power Bar Combo
This combo class with give you a great cardio workout using steps, barbells and weights to strengthen your entire body. This class is split into two 30 mins sections. The first being a great Step routine to get your heart rate up and the section will tone and strenghthen your whole body. This 60 minute workout will challenge all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats,presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors to inspire you to get the results you came for fast!
