AQUACISE – 30 mins or 45 mins Suitable for all ages. Aerobic and toning exercises performed in the pool. Alleviates arthritis, encourages rehabilitation and suitable for pregnancy.
BODY COMBAT – 1 hour Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts, karate, Boxing, tae kwon do, tai chi and muay thai.
STEP/POWERBAR– 1 hour Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body with a great cardio workout with a Step routine. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors to inspire you to get the results you came for fast!
BOOTCAMP – 1 hour About Bootcamp As this is a progression on ones own performance
BOXERSIZE – 45mins – 1 hour Suitable for all fitness levels this boxing class is a fun and effective way to promote weight loss while adding muscle tone. If you like boxing you’ll love this class.
Pleasure & Pain…Fun & Fitness- 1 hour We work hard, we play harder. If your looking for a release at the end of the week, this is the class for you.  An intense full body workout will improve fitness and is followed by fun & games in a social atmosphere.  This class is the ultimate stress relief to end your working week.
CORE & MORE – 30 mins A class built on the foundation of core exercises, expanding on whole body movements and poses to challenge the core creating a more stable and balanced body.
FAT BURNER – 45 mins – 1 Hour A great class for all fitness levels. Set your own intensity with high or low impact moves combined with a muscle conditioning component and a variety of stretching, weights and abs
FUNLIFE FITNESS FOR KIDS -
30 mins (5-9yrs) & 45 mins (9-14yrs)
This is a children’s only class based on improving fitness, strength & basic motor skills.  These sessions incorporate sporting activities and games in a fun and safe environment.
PILATES OR NOT JUST PILATES – 45 mins OR 1 hour This class progresses through a range of exercises which teach awareness of the breath and alignment of the spine. The class is also designed to strengthen the deep torso and postural muscles which assist with keeping the body balanced and the spine supported preventing injury.
RPM or 50 mins RPM™ these Les Mills classes are the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.
SPIN – 45 mins SPIN a freestyle a cardiovascular class done on stationary bikes to music.  It will increase your fitness levels, burn fat, and tone and shape your legs, hips and butt. You will gain leg strength and muscular endurance without building bulk.
 OVER 50 FIT – 1 Hour  INCLUDED IN STRENGTH FOR LIFE

A fun and social class incorporating ball games, dance, Bocce and mind games.

This class will improve your balance, fitness and strength with a combination of routines and exercises using weights, fit balls, and elastic bands.

The class will wind up with some stretch and relaxation time.

STEP – 45 mins Using reebok steps you can adjust the step height to suit you’re fitness level. An aerobic work-out stepping on and off blocks in a variety of routines. Incorporating arm movements with or without hand weights, is optional, if you wish to increase the intensity and also work your upper body.
STRENGTH FOR LIFE – 60 mins A supervised and individually tailored program specifically for over 50’s to regain and maintain muscular strength. Conducted in accessible, safe and friendly group environment.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING – 1 hour A Class built on the foundation of exercises using body weight, dumbells and barbells, designed to work the entire body by combining simple resistance movements with high intensity cardio intervals, Kick starting your metabolism and creating a stronger, leaner you.
ZUMBA – 45 mins This easy to follow, calorie burning dance class will help tone and sculpt your body using rythmatic, hypnotic moves with a latin flavour, great fun.
ZUMBA GOLD – 45 mins Zumba Gold is a system that is for anyone, any age and any ability level. This program is designed for participants with very little exercise experience, individuals that have physical limitations or an inactive older adult and is also suited to those in wheelchairs. Everybody can do something. The system was created to be easier than the basic but just as much fun. The moves have been carefully designed to be easy to follow by individuals of any age or physical ability.
