Maintaining your regular training schedule is vital. If you cannot face the morning cold for an early-morning workout, move your morning sessions to the afternoon or evening.

Plan ahead – The more organised you are with your meals, the more you’re likely to maintain or lose weight.

Enjoy filling, low-kilojoule rolled oats for breakfast.

Say no to pub food!

Set a new fitness goal.

Bulk up dinners with vegetables.

Choose small, skim-milk hot-drink options instead of full-fat.

Enjoy a plain tomato or vegetable soup before dinner.

Drink two to three green teas a day.
