6 WEEK CHALLENGE – 2019 – 1st Place (Nicole) Testimonial
The 6 week challenge was a fantastic journey to establishing a healthy lifestyle and creating some positive habits in my life.
Going through the challenge with an amazing group of people, made the journey even more enjoyable and not at all like a challenge!
The Funlife Fitness Staff were fantastic with the organisation of the challenge and the support throughout the 6 weeks; in all the sessions that were held and in the classes we participated in. We had some very interesting, informative, educational, challenging, therapeutical and rewarding sessions throughout these six weeks. From sessions about the importance of sleep, stretching, balance, eating habits and planting plants – all quite worthwhile and informative. Participating in new classes and doing things out of my comfort zone was hard (running) – but rewarding.
Catch up chat sessions with the group was also a great chance to talk it all out.
Having the Body Analysis scan at the beginning and end, gave us great information about our own body and we were able to see improvements and changes made over the 6 weeks, not just being about weight loss.
We were given the support and the tools to make a start to a life long journey, and we will continue to work hard, to feel stronger and fitter, becoming the best versions of ourselves.
It was 6 weeks to focus on myself – to appreciate and respect my body more, while taking control and responsibility over what I do and what I eat.
This was an enjoyable challenge and I am greatful for the experience and thank everyone at Funlife!
